TRANSIT RESTRICTION
Locks 27, Main Lock
Upper Mississippi River Mile 185.5

 

  1. At the Locks 27 lower I-Wall Bullnose, embedded metals are protruding out from the wall on the Main Lock side.  

  2. Tows should exercise caution when transiting, ensure they are flat against the east wall, and stay off the Bullnose to avoid the protruding metal.  

  3. All navigation interest should be alert for, and abide by, any special instructions that may be issued by the Lockmaster.
